However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and we provide the following refund window for specific cases.

2.1 The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date if the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- The service, credits, or features have NOT been used.
2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Usage: Any plan where credits have been used or services/features have been accessed.
- Renewal Charges: Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
- Time Limit: Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase.
- Partial Use: We do not generally offer partial refunds for "unused time" in a billing cycle.
2.3 Partial Refunds (Discretionary)
In rare cases involving partially used subscriptions, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund.
- Calculation of partial refunds will be based on the proportion of resources consumed (including credits and tool usage) versus the plan's cost.
- For "Unlimited" plans, a fair usage value will be applied to calculate consumed resources.
- Note: This is not a guaranteed right but a courtesy we may extend depending on the specific usage patterns.

- Order number
- Reason for refund request
Note: Filing a dispute (chargeback) with your bank before contacting us will severely delay or invalidate your ability to receive a refund, as the funds become frozen by the bank.
4. Processing Time
- Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days.
- Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Unauthorized Charges
If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, please contact us immediately to secure your account. While we will assist in the investigation, we are not liable for charges resulting from a failure to safeguard your account credentials (as outlined in our Terms of Service).
